Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you.  There are many factors that can affect shipping timelines, including weather, postal courier errors, etc.  We will ship your order in accordance with the timelines stated above.  We will also be more than happy to open an investigation for you, but we cannot reship or refund an order that has been shipped.

We try to ship orders within 24-48 hours once the order has been processed through USPS Priority.  For large orders (orders exceeding $500) a signature from a 21 year or older person will be required to deliver the item(s).  


We offer free domestic shipping via USPS on orders $60 and over. Free shipping will be automatically applied to checkout when the cart subtotal is at least $60 without including any shipping fees. Free shipping transit time will take 3 to 7 business days and will include tracking.


Due to Delta 8 THC either being illegal or not explicitly legal according to state laws, we will not ship this product to the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Kentucky, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, North Dakota, New York, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington. If orders are made to be shipped to any of these states, we will have to cancel the order and issue a full refund.


At this time, we do not accept orders from nor ship internationally. 


Due to the nature of these products, there are limitations to what can be returned.  You may return any unopened factory sealed item for a refund within 15 days of purchase at the original purchase price minus shipping fee.  The customer must also pay for the return shipping.   If you received the wrong order or defective product, we will replace it, no questions asked.  If packaging is open, there are no returns provided.  If you have any questions please contact us with any questions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.


It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your bank or credit card.  If you have not received your refund within 15 days, please contact our Customer Service.


We only replace items if they are non-conforming, defective or damaged.  If you need an exchange within the 15 day time frame, contact our Customer Service for exchange instructions.
